THE GRAZING PIG COMPANY AZ LLC

Charcuterie Board & Grazing Table Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Grazing Pig Company AZ LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By signing this Agreement, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Grazing Pig Company AZ LLC provides curated grazing tables, charcuterie boards, bread products, table styling, and related event services for private and corporate events in Arizona.

Services may include:

  • Premade charcuterie boards and boxes

  • Curated grazing tables

  • Bread and baked goods

  • Disposable serving ware

  • Table styling and setup

  • Optional add-ons

  • Prop, décor, and table rentals

All services, quantities, pricing, rentals, and add-ons selected by Client shall be outlined in the invoice, proposal, or order confirmation provided by Company.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable retainer equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice amount is due at the time of booking to secure the event date.

The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date.

For bookings made within thirty (30) days of the event date, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Last-minute orders, rush bookings, and bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the event date may be subject to additional fees at the discretion of Company.

Failure to make payments by the required due dates may result in cancellation of services at the discretion of Company.

All payments made to Company are non-refundable except where otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Client cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the event date may receive a refund of amounts paid excluding the non-refundable retainer.

Bookings made within thirty (30) days of the event date are considered final sale bookings and are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event date shall result in forfeiture of all monies previously paid due to scheduling commitments, food sourcing, preparation, rentals, staffing, and labor costs.

Last-minute orders, rush orders, custom orders, and bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the event date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If Client requests a date change, Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request based on availability, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

In the event Company is unable to fulfill services due to emergency, illness, acts of God, severe weather, or circumstances beyond its control, liability shall be limited to the return of payments made by Client.

4. FOOD SAFETY & CONSUMPTION DISCLAIMER

Client acknowledges that charcuterie products, grazing tables, cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts, breads, dips, spreads, and related food items may involve risks associated with food consumption, including but not limited to allergic reactions, foodborne illness, choking hazards, or contamination.

Client understands and agrees:

  • Premade charcuterie boards and boxes delivered by Company should be consumed promptly upon delivery or properly refrigerated.

  • Grazing tables assembled and styled onsite should be consumed within four (4) hours of setup.

  • Any remaining perishable food items should be discarded or refrigerated after the four (4) hour service window.

  • Outdoor events, direct sunlight, and Arizona temperatures may affect food quality and food safety.

  • Company is not responsible for food once delivery has been completed or onsite setup has concluded.

  • Company is not liable for improper storage, handling, serving, transportation, refrigeration, or consumption after delivery or setup.

Client voluntarily assumes all risks related to the consumption of products provided by Company and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Grazing Pig Company AZ LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, illnesses, allergic reactions, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from food consumption or event services.

5. ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

While Company will make every reasonable effort to accommodate allergy requests and dietary restrictions, Company cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Products may be prepared, stored, or assembled in environments where common allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, wheat, eggs, soy, sesame, meats, fruits, and other allergens may be present.

Client acknowledges that food provided by Company is not prepared in a certified allergen-free facility.

Client accepts full responsibility for communicating guest allergies and dietary restrictions prior to the event.

6. REQUIRED ARIZONA COTTAGE FOOD DISCLOSURE

“This product was produced in a home kitchen that may come in contact with common food allergens and pet allergens and is not subject to public health inspection.” (azdhs.gov)

The Grazing Pig Company AZ LLC operates in accordance with applicable Arizona cottage food laws and regulations where applicable. (maricopa.gov)

7. SPECIAL REQUESTS & ALLERGIES

Please list all allergies, dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, and special requests below:

Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability or complete allergen exclusion.

8. RENTALS, PROPS & EQUIPMENT

If Client rents props, serving pieces, tables, risers, boards, stands, décor, linens, or other items from Company, Client assumes responsibility for rented items from the time of delivery/setup until retrieval by Company.

Client agrees to return all rental items in the same condition received, excluding normal wear.

Client authorizes Company to charge replacement or repair costs for lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively soiled rental items.

Rental pickup times shall be coordinated in advance.

9. EVENT ACCESS, SETUP & VENUE RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to provide safe, timely, and appropriate access to the venue location for setup, service, and breakdown.

Client is responsible for ensuring the event location is suitable for Company’s setup requirements, including adequate space, stable surfaces, safe working conditions, and any required venue approvals or permissions.

The Grazing Pig Company AZ LLC is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, staining, scratching, spills, accidents, or other issues involving the venue, property, furniture, flooring, surfaces, walls, fixtures, decorations, or any items belonging to Client or the venue.

Client acknowledges that Company is providing food service, styling, and setup assistance only and is not responsible for the condition of the venue before, during, or after the event.

Client assumes full responsibility for communicating venue rules, restrictions, and requirements to Company prior to the event. Company shall not be held liable for damages, fees, penalties, or claims made by the venue or property owner resulting from conditions outside of Company’s control.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Grazing Pig Company AZ LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses related to venue/property issues arising from the event.

Company is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to complete setup caused by venue restrictions, lack of access, unsafe conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond Company’s control.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING RELEASE

Unless otherwise requested in writing by Client prior to the event, Company may photograph grazing tables, charcuterie boards, setups, and event styling for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes.

Company will make reasonable efforts not to identify guests without permission.

11. MAILING LIST & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

By voluntarily opting into Company’s mailing list, Client agrees to receive promotional emails, marketing communications, event updates, seasonal offerings, and related business announcements from The Grazing Pig Company AZ LLC.

Company values client privacy and will not sell or share Client’s personal information with third parties for independent marketing purposes.

Client may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, The Grazing Pig Company AZ LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of services provided.

Company’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for the applicable services.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable regulations within Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.

Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
